Product

The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after the goods are dispatched, and may take up to 3 business days to be dispatched. This period is used for separating the product into stock, packaging, shipping and inserting the code into the system.

You can track your order using the tracking code that we automatically send to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the purchase is dispatched, within an average of 2 business days. You can track everything from leaving the country of origin to arriving at the location registered at the time of purchase. If you purchase 2 or more different products, they may be sent separately. Therefore, different tracking codes will be issued for each product.

After receiving your order, you will have up to 30 calendar days to make the exchange. After this period, we do not make exchanges! To make this request, see our Return and Exchange Policy.
