Exchange and Return Policy

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Serafina Wax is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are satisfied. Our products are protected against manufacturing defects. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 30 days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  2. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;
  3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it;
  4. It is not possible to exchange items made to order or personalized.

IMPORTANT : We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to contato@ceraserafina.com.br and inform:

  1. Product's name;
  2. Request number;
  3. Email registered upon purchase;
  4. Reason for exchange or return;
  5. IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

Your request will be evaluated and responded to within 1 to 7 business days. Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and will reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and shipping.

 RIGHT TO REPENT

If you regret purchasing a product, you can cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving it. In this case, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and will reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and shipping.

 WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST THE RIGHT TO REPENT

Send an email to  contato@ceraserafina.com.br and report:

  1. Product's name;
  2. Request number;
  3. Email registered upon purchase;
  4. Enter the subject “Right to Repentance”;
  5. Enter the reason for the return (optional).

 FORMS OF REFUND

 The customer will be reimbursed using the payment method used for the purchase.

  • CREDIT CARD : The refund may appear on up to three invoices after the return is completed.
  • BOLETO - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
  • PIX - Pix for the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirming the return. PIX CANNOT BE MADE TO THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
